
First, you must download an FTP client, which can be found for free at CNet, ZDNet or Tucows. WS FTP is used in this example, but any FTP client is fine.
Fill in the fields as pictured below. User ID is umes\username.
Once connected with the ftp client, you'll see the contents of your home directory (folder) on the server. There may be directories whose names start with "_vti". These are special files associated with FrontPage which you need not disturb.
Follow the instructions of your FTP client to upload your pages. Make sure to include all image files for your webpages. Most FTP clients have either an arrow (--> or <--) to click for uploading your files or by drag and drop.
